Our Food Bank provides about a four-day supply of food to individuals and families who live in the Municipality of Meaford catchment area. Identification verifying name and address is required to register with the Food Bank.
Food is provided at no cost and without conditions.

Through creative partnerships and the generous support of our donors, our Food Bank offers fresh produce, milk, eggs, and whole grains.
Hours:
Mondays: 9:30 -11:30 am
(closed on Holiday Mondays)
Thursdays: 5:00 -7:00 pm
Clients need to book an appointment to visit the food bank. Please call or email to book your specific time slot on either a Monday or Thursday.

We take all complaints seriously and attempt to resolve any issues that may arise. If any visitor or anyone from the Public has a complaint about our services, please contact us immediately in person during regular Food Bank hours or by email to meafordfoodbank@gmail.com

- Flour (smaller packages are preferred)
- Sugar
- Coffee (Regular, Decaf, Instant)

- Personal Hygiene Items (Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, soaps, shampoo, conditioner)
- Toilet Paper

We do not accept
- Eggs, meat, or dairy from a non Public Health Inspected facility
- Any foods prepared in a non Public Health Inspected kitchen (home-cooked foods)
- Fish or Shell Fish or other food containing known potential allergens
- over the counter medications, vitamins or drugs or any alcohol based products
